Body shaping is all about building muscle. Designed for both men and women. It’s an hour long class that incorporates a variety of techniques to take your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced this class will challenge you. All workouts are customized to your body and specific strengths and weaknesses. Space is limited on this class.
